At Kotak Bank, Frontline Sales Officers you will be responsible for Sales, Business Development from Karanja, This will involve you to approach prospective clients with the aim of propelling the vision of the company to new clients also responsible for achieving business targets and ensuring good business funnel for every Quarter.
Job Responsibilities at Kotak Bank Karanja:
- To manage the entire frontline sales operation activity at Karanja Branch.
- Responsible for new client acquisition from Karanja,
- Responsible for new product placement in the assigned territory,
- Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment,
- Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective Karanja clients,
- Handling objections and resolving customer conflicts,
- Should have good communication, coordination and convincing skills,
- Identify and engage with key decision makers at prospective clients.
- Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities
Experience Required
- Minimum experience in of 1 year in Sales / Business Development in Karanja.
- Exposure to banking preferable
- Graduate with all the mark sheet and degree certificate
- Local from city will give first preference
Desired Profile:
- Presentable with decent personality,
- Easily identify sales opportunity from the Karanja market,
- Having basic knowledge of banking products and its processing,
- Ability to learn the new things within a short time span,
- Knowing local language with good communication skills, English will be add-on,
- Customer focused and willing to go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional service
