Role Description
- Strengthen sourcing quality, reduce early attrition, and improve M3 productivity through focused hiring, training coordination, and performance tracking.
- This role is responsible for driving end-to-end hiring of collectors, ensuring quality talent acquisition, training completion, and M3 productivity achievement for Pragati–SMICC and Pragati–Vendor workforce.
- The position plays a critical role in attrition control, especially in the 0–90 days lifecycle, by ensuring the right talent is sourced, trained, and monitored effectively.
- Ensure 100% completion of Pre-joining & Post-joining training modules for all collectors.
- Coordinate with L&D teams for scheduled training sessions in batches.
Key Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of mass hiring and frontline sourcing channels.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment under timelines.
- Good understanding of collector roles, collections ecosystems, and productivity metrics.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
- Stakeholder management with ZCMs, State HR, Training, and Vendor Managers.
- Strong follow-up discipline and result-oriented approach.
