Job Title: Frontend (React.js) Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy robust frontend features using React.js, JavaScript, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Write clean, maintainable, and modular code using ES6, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and ensure quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with React.js.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proven experience building responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
