About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineering Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team in building a cloud-native SaaS platform. You will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-performance frontend solutions while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Architecture & Development: Design and develop modular, scalable, and high-performance frontend applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript.

Microfrontend Strategy: Implement microservices-based UI architecture to enhance maintainability and scalability.

Collaboration: Work closely with backend, product, and design teams to build seamless user experiences.

Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are fast, responsive, and efficient, optimizing rendering and load times.

Best Practices: Drive coding standards, design principles, and frontend engineering best practices.

What You Need to Succeed

Technical Skills:

Frontend Development: Expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.

UI Architecture: Strong experience in microfrontend architecture and modular UI components.

Performance & Optimization: Proven track record in enhancing UI performance and responsiveness.

API Integration: Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Tooling & DevOps: Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Experience: 10+ years in frontend development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to define and drive the frontend technology roadmap.

Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects, delivering on time with high quality.

Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively across engineering, product, and design teams.

Preferred Industry Experience

Product, eCommerce, Payments, or SaaS organizations.
