Role Overview
We are looking for a Frontend Engineer who is passionate about building responsive, scalable, and high-performing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded engineer who is quality-conscious, product-focused, and business-aware, with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Build responsive, scalable, and performant web and mobile applications
- Provide engineering support across building, deploying, configuring, and supporting frontend systems
- Develop clear and maintainable code along with supporting documentation, diagrams, and comments
- Actively participate in design discussions and code reviews to build robust applications and prototypes
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement flexible and modern frontend solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend innovations across the organization
- Contribute to a culture of high code quality and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Node.js
- Hands-on experience with React and Redux frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and object-oriented programming concepts
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and reasoning skills
- Ability and willingness to explore new technologies to improve development efficiency
- Experience in writing well-abstracted, reusable, and high-performance UI components
- Ability to work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently on assigned modules
