About the Role
We're looking for a Frontend Engineer to shape how users interact with our platform. You will be the technical lead for our web and mobile interfaces, working at the intersection of design and engineering to build fast, polished experiences. This is a role for someone who loves high-performance UI and wants to own the frontend strategy for a product scaling quickly.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of high-performance and visually polished web & mobile applications.
- Work with product and design to turn complex ideas into intuitive, user-centric interfaces.
- Develop UI components using React, React Native, Redux, and native mobile UI using Kotlin and Swift.
- Implement smooth animations and support low-latency streaming functionality to enhance user experiences.
- Optimize apps for performance, scalability, and consistency across platforms.
- Continuously improve frontend architecture, tooling, and best practices.
- Build and maintain Android TV applications optimized for performance, navigation, and large-screen user experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building production-grade frontend applications.
- Proficient in React, React Native, Redux, Kotlin and Swift.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile performance optimization, responsive design, and animation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience building native iOS/Android and web applications, including real-time or low-latency streaming features.
- Experience delivering clean, scalable, and maintainable codebases.
- Familiarity with high-security standards, encryption handling, and secure application design.
- Product-focused mindset with strong attention to detail, UX, and polish.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment.
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points
- Previous experience in startup or high-growth environments.
- Background working on motion-heavy, animation-driven interfaces.
- Exposure to streaming infrastructure, or creative design tools.
- Be super psyched about solving hard challenges that will actually come to production at scale once solved.
- Ready to step in and put out fires whenever something breaks.

- Work Type: Full-time, 5 days per week in-office + 1 day WFH
- Work Location: New Delhi
- Prior startup experience or a passion-led approach to work is highly valued.
- While the culture is highly intense and not aligned with strict 95 expectations, how many hours you put in is totally up to you.
- Compensation Range: Competitive and market-aligned. The final package depends on skills, experience, and abilities not your degree.
