About Role : Frontend Engineer

At DotPe, we rely on our dynamic team of engineers to solve the many challenges and puzzles that come with our rapidly evolving technical stack. We're seeking a SDE-1/2(frontend) who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Here, you will take complete, end-to-end ownership of projects across the entire stack. Our ideal candidate has experience building products across the stack and a firm understanding of building Mobile/Web products, with exposure to the JavaScript and React ecosystem. You'll be leading a small team working at the forefront of new technology, solving challenges that impact frontend architecture, and ultimately delivering amazing global user experiences.

Job Location : Gurugram (WFO)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interface components for JavaScript-based web and mobile applications using React ecosystem.
• Improve front-end performance by eliminating performance bottlenecks
• Create front-end modules with maximum code reusability and efficiency
• Work with Redux architecture to improve performance of the websites/mobile apps.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to build apps within the stipulated time/budget.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2 -4 years of strong experience in JavaScript & React.
• Good understanding of JavaScript and the ability to articulate script that is both optimized and functional.
• Experience in software design, debugging, system monitoring, profiling and agile process
• Passion for innovation and creative ideas.
• Capability to write Well-documented JavaScript code that is easily readable
