Job Scope:
Yotta is building a family of advanced AI platformsfrom large language model infrastructure to no-code AI builders and autonomous agent orchestration tools.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Frontend Developer to join our fast-paced engineering team working on a cutting-edge AI-powered no-code platform and MLOps orchestration tool. You will contribute to building rich, real-time interfaces that empower users to create intelligent workflows through intuitive drag-and-drop tools, smart editors, and seamless integrations with AI features. This is an opportunity to work with seasoned engineers, researchers, and product leaders in the AI/ML domain while sharpening your frontend skills on real-world, complex applications.
Total /Relevant Experience:
3-8 years of relevant experience in frontend or web development roles, including internships or academic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Frontend Development
- Build responsive, interactive UIs using React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, and TypeScript.
- Implement new features and maintain existing code for drag-and-drop builders, dashboards, and visual agents.
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution of design specs, collaborating with the design team to bridge the gap between UI and engineering.
2. AI/ML Feature Integration
- Support integration of AI APIs and ML services (e.g., for autocompletion, smart recommendations, and semantic search).
- Work with senior developers to translate AI functionality into intuitive frontend components.
3. Performance, Code Quality & Testing
- Write clean, maintainable code and assist in writing unit and integration tests using Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain consistency with the team's coding standards.
4. UX, Design Systems & Collaboration
- Work with designers to implement components from Figma and follow design system guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Backend, AI/ML, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
5. Learning & Growth
- Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and practices.
- Learn about real-time collaboration tech (WebSockets, CRDTs), state management, and no-code paradigms.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in Drag-and-drop libraries (e.g., React DnD, react-beau[tiful-dnd)
- Experience in Real-time collaboration tools (WebSockets, Firebase, etc.)
- Knowledge of Storybook or design system development
- Knowledge of Basic AI/ML concepts or integrating third-party AI APIs
- Knowledge of Security best practices for frontend development
Qualifications Criteria:
- 35 years of professional experience in a frontend development role building SaaS or data-rich applications at scale.
- Proficient in JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and responsive design.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows (CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, testing).
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Certification Criteria:
Relevant certifications or coursework in frontend or web development are a plus but not mandatory.
