Frontend Developer

About the Role

At WTVision Labs, we are redefining the intersection of live broadcast technology and modern SaaS solutions. We are seeking a Mid-Level Frontend Engineer to build high-performance, real-time, and data-intensive web applications using React 19, Next.js16, and TypeScript to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

● Feature Development: Architect and implement scalable frontend features across our diverse product suite, ranging from complex enterprise SaaS platforms to real-time data engines.

● UI/UX Implementation: Translate complex design requirements into high-fidelity, responsive interfaces using Tailwind CSS and contribute to the evolution of our in-house design system.

● State Management: Design and maintain robust client-side state logic to ensure predictable performance in data-heavy environments.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with designers, backend engineers and other product stakeholders to define API contracts, improve engineering standards, and optimize the overall developer experience.

Requirements

● 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and state management (e.g., Redux or Zustand).

● Deep proficiency in TypeScript and a thorough understanding of modern web standards (ESNext, CSS3, HTML5).

● Ability to take ownership of technical architecture, participate in design reviews, and advocate for frontend best practices.

● Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

● A performance-first mindset and treat performance as a core requirement, not an afterthought.

● Experience building products from inception, with the ability to reason clearly about design and architectural trade-offs.

● Takes pride in setting and following coding standards, best practices, and writing unit tests for reliability, maintainability, and consistency.

Nice to Haves

● Proven experience optimizing web performance and improving Core Web Vitals.

● Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment on AWS.

● Proven experience managing real-time data streams via WebSockets, SSEs and building data-intensive UIs using Canvas or SVG.
