Key Responsibilitie

s :
- Stay hands-on with coding primarily in React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and

CSS.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery : from planning and architecture to deployment and performance optimiza

tion.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features on

time.
- Conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and foster a culture of clean, maintainabl

e code.
- Contribute to backend discussions and integration (basic familiarity with Node.js or similar backend technologies is

a plus).
- Drive technical excellence and continuous improvement within

the team.
Requ

irements :
- 4+ years of overall experience in software development, with a strong foundation in frontend te

chnologies.
- Strong hands-on skills in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML

5, and CSS3.
- Exposure to backend systems (Node.js, APIs, or microservice

s preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, architectural, and communi

cation skills.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to balance coding

and leadership
