Frontend Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js. The ideal candidate should be capable of building pixel-perfect, high-performance, and SEO-friendly web applications, with a strong focus on UI/UX and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, pixel-perfect UI from Figma/Adobe XD designs
• Build and maintain applications using React.js and Next.js
• Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering) / SSG (Static Site Generation) using Next.js
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and SEO
• Write reusable, scalable, and clean frontend components
• Integrate APIs and collaborate with backend teams
• Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID)
• Participate in code reviews and UI/UX discussions
• Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues

Technical Skills Required

Core Technologies

• Strong proficiency in:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• React.js
• Next.js

Styling & UI

• CSS frameworks/libraries:
• Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap / SCSS
• Strong understanding of:
• Flexbox, Grid, Responsive Design
• Pixel-perfect implementation

Performance & SEO

• Knowledge of:
• Core Web Vitals optimization
• Lazy loading, code splitting
• Image optimization
• SEO best practices (meta tags, schema, SSR)

State Management

• Redux / Context API / Zustand (any one or more)

Tooling & Others

• Version control: Git
• Package managers: npm / yarn
• Build tools: Vite / Webpack
• API handling: Axios / Fetch

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js App Router / Pages Router
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Experience with Headless CMS (Strapi, Contentful, etc.)
• Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG standards)
• Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail (pixel perfection mindset)
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with designers and backend teams
• Ownership mindset and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of backend (Node.js / APIs)
