Position Overview
We're looking for a Frontend Developer with 24 years of professional experience in React, Next.js, and TypeScript who thrives in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments. If you love building clean, performant user interfaces and want to work on AI-native systems like intelligent EHRs, crypto analysis tools, and collaborative coding platforms you're exactly who we need.

Key Responsibilities Development & Implementation
- Build dynamic, scalable UIs using React 18+, Next.js 14+, and TypeScript 5+
- Translate Figma/mockups into pixel-perfect responsive designs
- Implement SSR and SSG strategies with Next.js
- Create reusable component libraries and style systems
- Optimize frontend performance across browsers and devices
Technical Excellence
- Write clean, typed, modular TypeScript code
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members
- Implement unit/integration testing using Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
- Follow WCAG accessibility standards
- Debug cross-browser issues with grace and grit
Collaboration & Communication
- Work with AI/Backend teams to integrate REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints
- Collaborate closely with designers and product owners
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, standups, retrospectives)
- Help shape and scale our frontend architecture
- Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications Technical Skills
- 24 years of hands-on experience with:
- React.js (hooks, context, component lifecycle)
- Next.js (routing, API routes, SSR/SSG)
- Advanced TypeScript (generics, interfaces, types)
- CSS-in-JS or Tailwind CSS
- State management: Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API
- Version control (Git) and Git-based collaboration
- Experience with modern frontend tooling: Webpack, Turbopack, Vite
- Solid understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and responsive design
Bonus Skills
- Experience with:
- Clade Code, Gemini CLI, ChatGPT/Gemini for Vibe Coding
- GraphQL & Apollo Client
- Framer Motion, React Spring (for smooth animations)
- Storybook or similar design systems
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Vercel, Netlify, AWS)
- Micro-frontend architecture
- Realtime web (WebSockets, Pusher)
Preferred Experience (Healthcare Focused)
- Experience working with healthcare data workflows
- Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI handling, and HITRUST CSF
- Understanding of FHIR/HL7/DICOM standards
- Built apps with secure login/auth using OAuth/JWT in healthcare
