Job Title: Vue.js Lead
Job Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad (WFO)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the front-end development using Vue.js (Vue 2/3) and related ecosystems
- Define and implement front-end architecture and best practices
- Mentor and guide a team of front-end developers
- Translate business and UX requirements into high-quality technical solutions
- Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability of applications
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Collaborate with backend teams on API integration
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions
- Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in front-end development
- 4 years of hands-on experience with Vue.js
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with Vuex / Pinia, Vue Router, and component-based architecture
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Proficiency in Git and modern CI/CD workflows
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with TypeScript
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring teams
