Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled, execution-focused Frontend Developer with deep
expertise in React.js and Next.js who can operate with a CTO-level mindset for frontend.
This role is for someone who can take broad product direction or UI hints and independently
convert them into production-ready, scalable, and high-quality user interfaces fast.
You should be comfortable working in a weekly release environment, making frontend
decisions independently, and owning features end-to-end with minimal hand-holding.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js
and Next.js
- Convert UI hints, rough ideas, or wireframes into polished, pixel-perfect interfaces
- Own frontend features from idea implementation deployment
- Architect clean, maintainable, and scalable frontend systems
- Follow best practices for:
- Component design
- State management
- File and project structure
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs seamlessly
- Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and responsiveness
- Debug complex UI issues and deliver clean, long-term solutions (not temporary fixes)
- Actively participate in fast release cycles (weekly shipping)
- Continuously evaluate, learn, and implement new tools, libraries, or frameworks when
needed
Required Skills
- Strong, hands-on expertise in React.js and Next.js
- Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with modern styling approaches (Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or similar)
- Strong grasp of component-driven architecture and reusability
- Experience integrating REST APIs
- Solid understanding of performance optimization, SSR/SSG, and rendering strategies
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Ability to read documentation and implement features independently without supervision
