A React JS Developer at Netpuppys gets to build dynamic, high-performance web apps that power client campaigns and internal tools. However, major responsibilities will include:
- Developing responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React JS, including components, hooks, state management (Redux/Context API), and integrations with APIs/backends.
- Building and optimizing interactive dashboards, marketing tools, and client portals for seamless digital experiences.
- Customizing and developing WordPress themes/plugins, integrating React components into WP sites, and handling full-site edits for client projects.
- Collaborating with designers and marketers to translate wireframes and campaign needs into pixel-perfect, performant React and WordPress applications.
- Writing clean, scalable code with best practices (e.g., TypeScript, Next.js if applicable), conducting code reviews, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrating with third-party services like analytics tools, social APIs, and CMS platforms (including WordPress) to enhance client marketing solutions.
- Debugging, testing (unit/integration), and deploying apps using modern tools like Vite, Webpack, Vercel/Netlify, or WordPress hosting.
- Suggesting innovative UI/UX improvements and new features to promote company offerings and engage users.
React JS Developer Requirements:
- Super command of JavaScript/ES6+, React JS (with hooks and modern patterns), WordPress (theme/plugin development, PHP basics, Gutenberg/Elementor), and front-end tools (HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/SASS).
- Proven experience building production-ready React apps and customizing WordPress sites, preferably in marketing/tech startups.
- A portfolio or GitHub with live React projects and WordPress sites showcasing engaging UIs, custom integrations, and performance optimizations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with excellence in code quality, debugging, and optimization across React and WP environments.
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills to handle fast-paced sprints.
- Collaborative mindset with great communicationable to geek out on tech while aligning with marketing goals.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, delivering high-quality code without compromising speed or accuracy.
