Frontend Developer

Project Initiation

1.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements for frontend modules.

2.Conduct feasibility studies on technologies such as ReactJS, NextJS, GraphQL, and Module Federation.

3.Propose suitable technology stacks (frontend, databases, APIs) and microservices aligned with business and technical needs

4.Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for micro-frontend architectures to validate modular deployment strategies.

5.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to finalize technical feasibility and scope.

Project Planning

1.Define frontend architecture ensuring modularity and independent deployments.

2.Define infrastructure and deployment strategies formicroservices-based architectures, including container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) and service discovery.

3.Design reusable GraphQL abstraction layers to reduce repeated code and improve onboarding efficiency.

4.Identify potential performance bottlenecks and plan optimization strategies (React.memo, useMemo)

Project Execution

1.Facilitate project execution by coordinating across cross-functional teams and vendors.

2.Own design and development of modules as standalone micro-frontends.

3.Monitor development activities across frontend ensuring adherence to architecture and coding standards.

4.Implement client-side logging frameworks with standardized metadata and session tracking.

5.Delivered high-performance, modular applications with improved adaptability and reduced production issues.

Project Monitoring and Controlling

1.Optimize frontend performance by eliminating redundant GraphQL calls.

2.Track project progress using KPIs, timelines, and budget metrics.

3.Collaborate with backend teams to redesign GraphQL schemas, reducing post-release defects.

4.Maintain change logs and assess impact of scope changes on architecture and cost.

5.Monitor application health using Log Analytics and Application Insights.

Project Closing

1.Document reusable components and abstraction layers for cross-team adoption.

2.Conduct retrospectives to capture lessons learned from frontend deployments.

3.Identify opportunities for reuse of architecture, tools, or processes in future projects.

4.Ensure documentation and benchmarks are archived as per governance standards.

5.Deliver production-ready modules integrated into enterprise platforms
