Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in HTML5 and CSS3, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible web interfaces. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to bring modern web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert design mockups (Figma) into high-quality HTML/CSS code.
• Build and maintain responsive web layouts compatible with all modern browsers and devices.
• Implement best practices in performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO-friendly markup.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to create seamless UI experiences.
• Maintain and improve existing front-end architecture and codebase.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Work with modern CSS methodologies such as BEM, SMACSS.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented HTML and CSS code.
• Integrate with front-end JavaScript frameworks if required (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).

Required Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, media queries, flexbox, grid, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS/SCSS or LESS.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Good understanding of design-to-code translation.
• Knowledge of CSS architecture and modular CSS patterns.
• Experience with browser developer tools for debugging and performance profiling.
• Basic JavaScript skills are a plus.
