We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with 4+ years of experience who excels at converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible frontend implementations. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design accuracy while ensuring compliance with WCAG accessibility guidelines across web applications.

• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect frontend UI.
• Ensure precise implementation of layout, spacing, typography, colors, and components.
• Implement responsive behavior for desktop, tablet, and mobile views.

• Implement frontend UI adhering to WCAG 2.1 (AA) accessibility guidelines.
• Ensure proper semantic HTML structure for screen readers and assistive technologies.
• Maintain sufficient color contrast ratios as per WCAG standards.
• Implement keyboard navigation support and focus management.
• Use appropriate ARIA roles, labels, and attributes where required.
• Ensure accessible form elements, error messages, and validation feedback.
• Test UI for accessibility issues using tools like Lighthouse, Axe, or similar.

• Develop reusable and maintainable UI components.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Optimize frontend performance without compromising UI accuracy or accessibility.

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to clarify accessibility and design requirements.
• Collaborate with backend developers for API integration.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
• Deliver high-quality UI within committed timelines.

• Write clean, readable, and maintainable frontend code.
• Follow coding standards, accessibility standards, and project guidelines.
• Participate in peer code reviews and implement feedback.
• Ensure accessibility considerations are part of the development lifecycle.

• HTML5, CSS3
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong expertise in Flexbox and CSS Grid

• SCSS / LESS
• Responsive and adaptive design
• Experience working with design systems and UI libraries

• Angular / React / Vue (UI-focused implementation)

• Figma
• Git & version control
• Browser developer tools
• Accessibility testing tools (Lighthouse, Axe, etc.)

• Experience with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
• Familiarity with ARIA best practices
• Exposure to animation libraries or CSS animations
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
