Position: Frontend Developer

Location: 100% Remote (India)

Pay Range: 25 - 35 LPA

Employment: 6 Month Contract (High Likelihood of Extension)

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years of professional frontend development experience (experience level

negotiable for strong candidates)

-Good proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

-Extensive hands-on experience with React and Next.js

-Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design

-Experience building responsive and accessible web applications

-Familiarity with API integration and frontendbackend communication patterns

-Exposure with state management solutions (Context API, Redux, or similar)

-Proficiency with version control systems (Git)

-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to user-centric design

-Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with strong UX sensibilities to build intuitive, scalable, and highperforming web applications. This role focuses on translating user flows, wireframes, and product requirements into clean, maintainable React-based interfaces with an emphasis on usability, accessibility, and performance rather than purely visual design. The developer will build and maintain applications using HTML, React, and Next.js; optimize frontend performance and cross-browser compatibility; manage state, routing, and data-fetching strategies; and collaborate closely with technical leads, product managers, and backend teams to deliver cohesive user experiences. Responsibilities also include resolving usability challenges through iteration and feedback, ensuring accessibility compliance, contributing to architecture decisions, supporting API integration, and writing welldocumented, reusable code.
