Frontend Engineer
Company: Insight Global (on behalf of our client)
Location: Hybrid in Hyderabad India
Compensation: 19 LPA - 22 LPA based on experience
Need to be available to start within 2-3 weeks or sooner
Start Date: Immediate (No Notice Period Preferred)
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of frontend development experience
- Strong expertise in React 18, modern hooks patterns, and TypeScript
- Experience with Angular and the ability to understand or migrate Angular features into React
- Hands-on experience with TanStack Query or similar server-state management libraries
- Proficiency with form libraries such as Formik or React Hook Form
- Experience using and extending design systems and component libraries
- Background in building complex forms and data-driven UI features
- Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization
- Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Mentoring experience with junior developers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Testing experience with Vitest, Playwright, or similar tools
- Familiarity with modern build tools such as Vite or Webpack
- Experience with ESLint, Prettier, and code quality enforcement
- Agile or Scrum development background
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD and trunk-based development
Job Description
A customer is seeking an offshore Frontend Developer.
- Work closely with the Frontend Architect to build a data-intensive, data-driven React web application
- Develop production-ready UI components using the company's design system and modern React patterns
- Implement complex forms, data tables, and interactive UI elements with proper validation and error handling
- Ensure performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across supported browsers and devices
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to support high-quality software delivery
- Follow established frontend architecture, coding standards, and code review processes
- Mentor entry-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA, and DevOps teams
- Contribute to Storybook documentation and shared component libraries
