Job Title - Frontend Developer (HTML, CSS, Tailwind, Next.js)

Shift schedule - 5 PM - 2 AM IST (5 day onsite with no remote/hybrid option)

Location - Kharadi, Pune 411014

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Frontend Developer who loves building fast, responsive, and pixel-perfect web experiences. If you enjoy working with modern UI frameworks, clean code, and performance-focused applications, this role is for you.

You'll collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to build scalable, SEO-friendly, and user-first web applications using Next.js and modern CSS frameworks.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build high-performance, responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

• Develop modern web applications using Next.js

• Create reusable UI components with Tailwind CSS & Bootstrap

• Enhance interactivity using jQuery (where required)

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design

• Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and accessibility

• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs seamlessly

• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code

• Debug, test, and continuously improve frontend performance

Must Have:

• Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

• Proficiency in Next.js

• Solid experience with Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap

• Working knowledge of jQuery

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles

• Familiarity with browser debugging and performance optimization

• Ability to write clean, reusable, and scalable code

• Experience working with APIs and dynamic data

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with Git / version control

Nice to Have:

• Experience with React.js ecosystem

• Knowledge of SEO best practices

• Experience with animations or UI libraries

• Exposure to performance tools like Lighthouse or Web Vitals
