We're looking for a Frontend (UI/React.js) Developer with strong experience in building scalable, high-performing web applications using React.js and the MERN stack. In this role, you'll design and implement intuitive user interfaces, build robust client-side architectures, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

First 30 Days: Foundation & Orientation

  • Deep dive into GoML's products, frontend architecture, and design workflows
  • Understand existing UI frameworks, coding standards, and deployment pipelines
  • Get familiar with backend APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and data flows
  • Collaborate with design, backend, and product teams to align on user experience goals

First 60 Days: Execution & Impact

  • Build new user-facing features using React.js and modern JS libraries
  • Create reusable UI components and front-end libraries for scalability
  • Integrate with backend APIs (REST & GraphQL) and optimize data flows
  • Ensure UI/UX feasibility and performance across browsers and devices
  • Participate in code reviews and improve code quality and consistency

First 180 Days: Ownership & Transformation

  • Own major UI modules and take responsibility for end-to-end delivery
  • Contribute to performance optimization, bundle size reduction, and SSR where applicable
  • Mentor junior developers and improve frontend engineering standards
  • Strengthen MERN-stack capabilities by contributing to full-stack development
  • Influence the UI architecture, component libraries, and UX design patterns

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of experience in frontend development
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, React.js, and modern ES6+ concepts
  • Hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design & modern UI patterns
  • Experience with Redux / MobX or similar state-management libraries
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and exposure to GraphQL
  • Knowledge of JWT-based authorization and authentication flows
  • Experience with frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.)
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize UI performance
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Node.js
  • Familiarity with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Enzyme, etc.)
  • Version control experience (Git)
  • Understanding of performance tuning and browser optimization
