Frontend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building scalable, reusable UI components and librariespreferably using Storybookand thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain high-quality frontend features using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Architect and implement reusable UI components and contribute to a shared UI component library.

• Work with Storybook to build, document, and maintain UI components.

• Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Ensure UI/UX consistency across platforms and products.

• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive frontend best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the frontend codebase.

  
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 34 years of professional experience as a Frontend or React.js Developer.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS/Styled Components.

• Advanced experience developing applications with React.js (Hooks, Context API, state management, component lifecycle).

• Practical experience building and maintaining UI component libraries using Storybook.

• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, or similar.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Exposure to frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

• Knowledge of design systems and UI/UX principles.

• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, or state management libraries (Redux/Zustand/Recoil).

• Experience with using AI based productivity tools such as Claude Code or similar.
