The Future of Software Development

Software development is changing rapidly.

Today, AI tools can generate code, write tests, explain errors, and even build complete features. Because of this, writing code is no longer the most valuable skill on its own.

What matters more is understanding:

• What problem needs to be solved.
• Why a particular solution is appropriate.
• How software should be architected.
• How to communicate requirements clearly to AI coding assistants and fellow engineers.
• How to review, validate, improve, and maintain AI-generated code.
• How different systems work together to build reliable, scalable products.

During this internship, you will certainly write code yourself, but you will also learn how to work alongside AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and other coding agents. We expect interns to think like engineers—not just programmers.

The best developers of the future will not be those who type the fastest, but those who understand systems, fundamentals, architecture, user experience, and can effectively direct AI to produce high-quality software.

What You'll DoFrontend Development

Collaborate with design and backend teams to develop modern user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.

AI-Assisted Software Development

Learn how to effectively use AI coding assistants to:

• Break down complex problems
• Generate implementation approaches
• Review and improve generated code
• Debug applications
• Refactor existing code
• Produce maintainable, production-quality software

API Integration

Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, validate responses, identify issues, and recommend improvements.

UI/UX Implementation

Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces.

Responsive Development

Ensure applications work seamlessly across desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Performance Optimization

Improve loading speed, rendering performance, scalability, and overall user experience.

Bug Fixing & Debugging

Identify issues through systematic debugging rather than trial-and-error. Understand root causes before implementing fixes.

Code Quality

Participate in code reviews, follow engineering best practices, maintain coding standards, and improve readability and maintainability.

Refactoring

Continuously improve existing codebases by restructuring, simplifying, and modernizing implementations.

Continuous Learning

Stay current with modern frontend technologies, AI development workflows, JavaScript ecosystem updates, and engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For

Educational Background

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Strong Fundamentals

We value strong fundamentals over knowing many frameworks.

You should have a solid understanding of:

• HTML
• CSS
• JavaScript
• Browser fundamentals
• React and/or Next.js
• Basic networking and APIs
• Git
• Problem solving

Knowing why something works is more valuable than simply knowing how to use a library.

AI Mindset

Comfortable learning and working with AI-assisted development tools. Ability to write clear prompts, evaluate AI-generated code critically, and improve it where necessary.

Problem Solving

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break complex features into smaller implementation tasks.

Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical decisions and collaborate effectively.

Internship Details

Remuneration

• Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000–₹20,000
• Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Based on performance and business requirements
