Frontend Developer

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact within a web application, which makes your role crucial for ensuring the success of our platform. You will work closely with our product development team to bring designs and concepts to life while leveraging the latest frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web applications using React.js (Hooks, Context API, functional components) and Next.js

-Implement SSR, SSG, ISR using both App Router and Pages Router in Next.js

-Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code using JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

-Manage application state using TanStack Query (React Query), Redux Toolkit, and Zustand

-Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Axios and Fetch

-Build and manage complex forms using React Hook Form with Yup/Zod validation

-Optimize application performance using code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and re-render control

-Monitor and improve Web Vitals and overall application performance

-Implement real-time features using WebSockets / Socket.IO, polling, debouncing, and throttling

-Handle authentication and security features including JWT, OAuth, protected routes, and role-based access control

-Develop responsive and accessible UI using modern component libraries like MUI, Mantine, Ant Design, and Shadcn UI

-Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress

Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features

-Maintain code quality using ESLint, Prettier, and follow best practices

-Participate in Git-based workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications

-5+ years of experience in frontend development

-Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js

-Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

-Hands-on experience with modern state management solutions

-Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques

-Experience with authentication, authorization, and secure frontend practices

-Strong knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

-Experience with testing frameworks and tools

-Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, environment configurations, and build tools

Good to Have

-Experience with GraphQL (Apollo/urql)

-Knowledge of accessibility (a11y) standards

-Experience working in agile/scrum environments

-Exposure to micro-frontend architecture
