Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Sales / Pre-Sales Executive, located in Pune. The Front Sales / Pre-Sales Executive will handle daily activities including generating and managing leads, engaging potential customers, and presenting solutions tailored to client needs. This role involves maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating property site visits, and providing updates about real estate opportunities. The Executive will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet objectives and contribute to the company's growth while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, client relationship management, and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and understand market trends.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, meet sales targets, and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or related sales roles is advantageous.
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software.
  • Passion for real estate and an understanding of the Pune real estate market is a plus.
  • Graduation in Marketing, Real Estate, or a relevant field is preferred.
