Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Kolkata for a Front Office Supervisor/Associate. The role involves overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and concerns to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction, and assisting in managing the front office team. Responsibilities also include collaborating with other hotel departments to maintain seamless guest services, monitoring reservations, handling operational logistics, and ensuring compliance with company standards for hospitality and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage team dynamics effectively.
  • Proficiency in front office operations, reservation systems, and guest management software.
  • Time management, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards and protocols, and an ability to work cohesively with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest services.
  • Prior experience in a front office or customer service role in hospitality is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
