Description
We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and should possess excellent communication skills and a friendly personality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms, brochures).
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
