We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines, and phones).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
