Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean and organized reception space.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, packages, and mail.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Provide administrative support to different departments when required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and office administration teams.
- Assist with basic office documentation and record keeping.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 13 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
