Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jharsuguda for a Front Office Manager. The Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations, and coordinating with other departments to maintain exceptional service standards. The role will also include leading and training the front office team, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring that front desk operations run efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Office Administration and Front Office management
  • Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, especially in luxury hotels or resorts, is highly desirable
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a guest-focused approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
