Responsibilities

- Manage and train front office staff, including receptionists and concierge personnel.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in hotel management or front office operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
