Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and train front office staff, including receptionists and concierge personnel.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and occupancy rates.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on front office operations and performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 7-9 years of experience in hotel management or front office operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
