Job Summary:

Golden Tulip Sector 29, Gurugram is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage front office staff, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments for seamless operations.
  • Maintain front office budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Train and mentor front office team members to enhance performance and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a business hotel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (IDS, Opera, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
