Job Summary:
Golden Tulip Sector 29, Gurugram is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage front office staff, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments for seamless operations.
- Maintain front office budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue opportunities.
- Train and mentor front office team members to enhance performance and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a business hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (IDS, Opera, or similar).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
