Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Agra.

The Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing the front office team, handling guest inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring efficient office administration. The role also involves training staff, maintaining operational standards, and addressing any guest concerns promptly and maintaining service excellence scores.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office operations
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven track record of ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is an essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
