We're looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Front Desk Executive who can manage the front desk like a pro, ensure a seamless client experience, and support studio operations.
You'll be the face of the studio, responsible for creating a welcoming, premium, and efficient environment for every member and guest.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Front Desk & Client Interaction
- Greet and assist walk-ins, members, and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, etc.) and convert them into studio visits
- Manage check-ins, bookings, and appointments smoothly
- Ensure a premium and personalized experience for every client
Sales Support & Conversions
- Assist in converting inquiries into memberships and trials
- Support the team in achieving daily/weekly walk-in and conversion targets
- Promote ongoing offers, packages, and services to clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain client communication
Studio Operations
- Manage front desk systems, scheduling, and basic reporting
- Coordinate with trainers and operations team for smooth daily functioning
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall studio presentation
- Ensure all processes and SOPs are followed at the front desk
Client Experience & Retention
- Build strong relationships with members
- Handle basic concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure high client satisfaction and service standards
- Maintain a friendly, energetic, and positive environment
Who Should Apply (Requirements)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Front desk / operations / customer-facing roles OR
- Sales support/hospitality / retail roles
- Strong communication skills (confident, clear, and well-spoken)
- Presentable, polished, and customer-facing personality
- Basic sales understanding with willingness to learn conversions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
Location Requirement (Mandatory)
- Must be based in Mumbai (Juhu/Bandra or nearby areas preferred)
- On-ground, full-time presence required at the studio
