Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guest Relations / Front Office Executive for a luxury project based in Sholinganallur. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, ensuring a premium service experience that reflects the brand's luxury standards. Candidates with a background in hotels, hospitality, or luxury real estate are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalized welcome
  • Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, visitor handling, and appointment coordination
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the project, amenities, services, and local information
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, housekeeping, security, sales, maintenance) to deliver seamless guest experiences
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and guest data while ensuring confidentiality
  • Uphold luxury service standards, grooming, and professional etiquette at all times
  • Assist in handling VIP guests and special requests
  • Ensure the front office area is presentable, organized, and aligned with brand standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in hotel front office, guest relations, hospitality, or luxury real estate

  • Proven experience in handling high-end clientele and delivering premium service
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude suitable for a luxury environment
  • Proficiency in front office systems, MS Office, and basic reporting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

  • Background in luxury hotels, serviced apartments, or premium residential projects
  • Experience handling HNI / UHNI clients
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
