Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Guest Service Associate (GSA) located in Mussoorie. The GSA will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process, handling client inquiries, and managing front desk tasks. Responsibilities include overseeing appointment scheduling, maintaining records, managing phone calls with proper etiquette, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with guests and team members
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and front desk software is advantageous
