Job Title: Front Office Executive

Salary: 16,000 18,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: On-site

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Front Office Executive to oversee reception activities, assist with admissions and walk-in interviews, manage records, and provide administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Primary ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Visitor Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, students, parents, and visitors.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding courses, admissions, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment.

Admissions & Interview Coordination

  • Organize and support walk-in interviews and admission counselling sessions.
  • Collect applications, resumes, and required documentation.
  • Guide candidates and students through admission and interview procedures.

Record Keeping & Data Handling

  • Maintain updated records of walk-ins, admissions, attendance, and interviews.
  • Accurately manage data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of records.

System & Attendance Management

  • Generate and manage login credentials for students and candidates.
  • Update admission and application status in internal systems.
  • Monitor and record employee login/logout details and share attendance summaries with HR.

Administrative Coordination

  • Assist with routine office duties such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and coordinating with departments.
  • Compile daily and weekly performance reports related to admissions and administrative tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Previous experience in front office operations, admissions, HR coordination, or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage heavy walk-in flow efficiently.
