Front office Assistant:

Job Title:Front Office Assistant

Job Location:Bengaluru ( Banashankari III Stage)

No of Vacancies:1 No

Education Qualification:Any Degree

Decent knowledge of MS Power Point, Word, Excel, PPT is a must

Minimum Experience:Fresher can also apply or 0-2 years

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake routine reception duties, answering routine telephone and enquires and signing in visitors.
  2. Provide routine clerical support ie. Photocopying, filing, faxing and emailing.
  3. Maintain office cleanliness and housekeeping.
  4. Facility management maintenance of office space, UPS, EPABX, printers, Telephone lines.
  5. Manage printing needs, business cards & placing orders for Mineral water etc.,
  6. Manage Office courier and packages along with Incoming and outgoing material/ courier registers.
  7. Maintain Visitors record.
  8. Maintain Staff Outgoing register.
  9. Bank Correspondence ie opening of employee bank account, D.D etc.,
  10. Maintaining attendance register ie employees to be reminded to sign the register& marking leaves.
  11. Maintain register for calls not attended / missed by concerned department and leave note and parallely maintain all the outgoing calls.
  12. Co ordinate with Admin and Accounts department.
  13. Processes attendance cards, calculating and generating the data from the attendance system software.

Office Assistant:

Male candidate with a 2 wheeler.

1. Handle general administrative and clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.

2. Manage office supplies and inventory; raise purchase requests when stock is low.

3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and meeting rooms.

4. Handle courier dispatches, inward/outward mail, and delivery coordination.

5. Assist HR and Admin teams in organizing meetings, interviews, and company events.

6. Support staff in travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and vendor coordination.

7. Maintain employee attendance registers, visitor logs, and basic office records.

8. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure office upkeep.

9. Provide general support to visitors and help direct them appropriately.

10. Perform any other related tasks as assigned by management.
