Job Description

Managing the day-to-day operations of the office

Organizing and maintaining files and records.

Answering all incoming calls / emails and re-routing them to relevant parties

General administration duties, photocopying, filing, I-card etc

Data entry into internal systems Receive letters, packages, couriers etc. and distribute them. Maintaining Courier register

Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

Check,sort and forward emails.

Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Keep updated records and files

Monitoring stationary stock and reordering when required.

Attending candidates/visitors coming to the office.
