Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, wellorganized, and customerfocused Front Desk Executive to manage daily reception and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Manage the front desk area, maintain cleanliness, and ensure reception is presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs, ID cards, and security protocols.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with office events or meetings.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, couriers, and packages.
  • Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
  • Pleasant personality with strong customerservice orientation.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is an advantage.
