Job Description

Job Title: Front Desk Executive / Counter Staff

Location: Bangalore

Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month

Gender Preference: Both genders allowed (Local candidates preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and responsible Front Desk Executive to efficiently manage counter operations, customer handling, and coordination activities. The role involves issuing tickets, tracking bus routes, and ensuring excellent customer service. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist passengers, visitors, and clients at the front desk.
  • Issue counter tickets and manage booking inquiries.
  • Track bus routes and coordinate with drivers and attendants for smooth operations.
  • Collect payments, maintain receipts, and ensure accurate daily cash handling.
  • Properly handle and safeguard company property and materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Resolve passenger complaints or queries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the counter/reception area.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum 12th Pass, Graduate preferred.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Must be a local resident of Siliguri.
  • Fluent in English, Kanada, Telugu
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ticketing or billing software preferred).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both are eligible to apply.
