About the Role: We are seeking a skilled admin/receptionist to join our Mylapore and Adyar branches. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in relevant roles and will be responsible for various administrative tasks to support our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage responses from Magic Bricks & 99Acres
- Maintain attendance records and data entry
- Assist VP with tasks, update property listings
- Handle property-related calls, manage key logbook
- Track office expenses, courier handling, and document scanning
- Coordinate with accounts for invoices and approvals
- Assist in recruitment, scheduling interviews
- Manage office operations, social media posting, and event coordination
- Handle walk-in clients, greet visitors, and oversee office maintenance
- Organize meetings, track office stock, and assist in year-end accounts closing
