About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Front Office Executive with a hospitality background to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage front desk operations including calls, emails, and visitor logs
  • Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and direct concerns to the relevant departments
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure smooth scheduling
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
  • Support administrative and operational tasks as required
  • Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer experience at all times
  • Manage courier services, deliveries, and office supplies
  • Assist in event coordination and guest handling when required

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in front office/reception (hotel or premium hospitality preferred)
  • Having a Coworking background is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure with a positive attitude
