Role Description The Front Office Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at Jyoti Hospital in Gurugram. The role involves welcoming patients and visitors, managing the reception desk, handling phone calls, handling TPA department, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining patient records and front office logs, and coordinating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow. The Front Office Executive will also support billing and registration processes, handle basic documentation, and address patient queries with professionalism and empathy. This role requires consistent adherence to hospital protocols, timely reporting of issues, and maintaining a clean, organized reception area.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Front Office and Receptionist Duties skills, including managing calls, appointments, and visitor flow.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, attendants, and staff.
  • Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships and manage sensitive conversations with composure.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, hospital information systems) and ability to work with digital records and scheduling tools.
  • Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare front office is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a graduate degree or certification in hospital administration or related fields is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts, remain detail-oriented in a busy environment, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
