Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Front Office Executive will handle receptionist duties, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk. Responsibilities include answering calls, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the front office. The role also requires effective communication with guests and coordination with other staff members to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Front Office operations and capable of handling receptionist duties
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with guests and team members
  • Exceptional communication skills to clearly interact with guests and staff
  • Experienced in providing top-quality customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
  • Certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous
