Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the office staff.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Provide support for various office projects and tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a front office or customer service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Basic knowledge of office management procedures and practices.
  • Familiarity with telephone and switchboard systems.
