GrowQR is seeking a professional, organized, and welcoming Front Desk Executive to join our team in Noida. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Role Overview- Position: Front Desk Executive / Receptionist
- Location: Noida (On-site)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience: 1–3 years in front office or guest relations
Key Responsibilities1. Guest & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
- Maintain the visitor logbook and issue security passes where necessary.
- Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Manage the central switchboard: answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Handle general inquiries via phone and email promptly.
- Coordinate outgoing and incoming couriers, mail, and deliveries.
3. Office Administration
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary brochures or stationery.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Operations teams as needed (e.g., data entry, document filing).
4. Facility Supervision
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when inventory is low.
- Coordinate with facility staff (housekeeping, security) to maintain office decorum and cleanliness.
Requirements & Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
