Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs for guests, maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain and update the front office area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as managing emails, filing, and document preparation.
  • Provide information to visitors, clients, and staff as required.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of office operations and assist with office-related inquiries.
  • Handle courier and postal services, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain security procedures for guest and visitor access.
  • Support the HR team with onboarding new employees and handling related documentation.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure that the office complies with all relevant safety and security protocols.
